Jin-Roh - Main Theme (Opening Version)
😔
We are the wolves.
The hunters kill the wolves in the end only in the tales humans tell.
The hunters kill the wolves in the end only in the tales humans tell.
The hunters kill the wolves in the end only in the tales humans tell.
FUUUUUUUUUUSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!! -someone who try to survive against a fella with red glasses and a MG-42
Masterpiece.
The Opening Music is remind me of the upcoming Post Apocalyptic Survival Horror Game The Day After the Pandemic
We miss glory days.
Isso é muito bom
Bonito
Sounds quite melanchloic and ominous

It's kinda interesting how similar movies from Production I.G. sound even with different composers. Watching Jin-Roh for the first time I thought they had Kenji Kawai as the composer, until I realized that it's actually Hajime Mizoguchi when the credits rolled. I really miss this sound too, the feeling of every single work that I've seen from them is something that I keep seeking out again and again. Some of the most atmospheric stuff I've ever seen.
Jin Roh seems to be remembered as the movie that inspired the badass design of Killzone's Hellgast soldiers. On a personal level the mundane but skillfully animated everyday life segments are the most memorable parts of the movie and that track in particular pops up regularly in my mind ever since I watched the movie over 20 years ago.
The words Henmi spoke have consumed my brain ever since. You're not even human, after all!? Fuse!!
wait... so is... jin-rohs title color themeing suppost to be anarchist? why didnt this occur to me sooner
I think it's the best song from the soundtrack. This is one of my all time favourite movies, with one of the best soundtracks.
I always was thinking was this the correct theme of Jin-Roh. But I later its different version of Grace Omega
Mushi-Shi ost vibes here
One of my favourite movie soundtracks.
this movie has such magical soundtracks
Merridian The story revolves around a cult controlling a world based on 'monsters', or independent beings with monstrous looks. Before the control, the world went by as normal as it could be, just like the human world. But one day, a human cult invaded the world and exterminated every being in that world. But for long, they stopped the genocide and instead influenced the beings to conform to their religion and change how they look to become as 'pure' as the humans, thus gives birth to the era of religion and control. All of those who disobeyed their religion were exterminated, which brought fear to beings who were against their motive. Every children that were born were taken forcibly by the occultists to brainwash them with their religion. The worldwide control was successful and their religion was acknowledged as the greatest and the upmost priority. It was the 'Merridian' religion, with its purpose is to bring merry to everyone and purify everyone to make a 'perfect' world for their Lord from the human world. But not for long, they had their first rebels. Those who were brainwashed by the religion who eventually breaks out of its will are called rebels, or by the Merridians themselves 'Dismerridians', the outcast of the Merridian religion and the people of the Merridian religion. A complete rebellion against the control of the Merridians was still not done, until now.
Goosebumps and chills everytime
I have heard this theme for years and never knew it was from this series. Remarkable.
It's the movie. Glad you found it.
Still gives me goosebumps and teary eyes.
Doesn't this just sound a little bit like 1997 berserk
And like "meditation" from Stalker (1979) aswell.
One of the best scenes in not just anime but films in general
Godbless Mamoru Oshi

Boa primo de ian👏👏👏👏
Epic soundtrack for an epic et heartbreaking movie^^
Actually amazing
A city in the night, civil unrest in the streets and in the government, a helicopter or two flying about, and the appearance of exoskeleton-enhanced individuals about to take care of the crisis at hand... yep, this is a Mamoru Oshii tale, even if he actually didn't direct it. That recognition goes to Hiroyuki Okiura, also known for the sweet yet still gripping A Letter to Momo. And I can discern why successive inspired works like Wolfenstein: The New Order+The Old Blood took cues from this movie from art, music, tone and atmosphere.
"We are not men disguised as mere dogs. We are wolves...disguised as men." "Wolves! Not...men!"
Ah... damn onions
Our world will end while we are listening to this masterpiece.
Ilang the wolf brigade has a very deep nationalistic and humane meaning for me. This song in korean touches my emotions. I can sense the hardship and love of Korean people by listening to it even as I am Iranian. I can feel emotion. I can feel korean people.
This movie is a hidden gem. I am sure that it is gonna inspire many in the future.
Not enough war movies show the distress felt at the coming violence like this one did Fuse always knows what's coming next
Is it just me, or does this song give the slightest Halo vibe?
This song screams Halo vibes
most of them do kinda like a halo ce truth and reconciliation vibe
The series, particularly CE, was heavily inspired by a blend of Aliens and Anime. Even before Halo: Marathon's sprite style/color pallete, Myth 2's animated cutscenes, and Oni's everything was inspired by Anime classics (Myth 2's scenes were worked on abit if not fully by a Japanese Animation team too). Old School Bungie had some great fine tastes.
Fuse’s fate was sealed when he watched the young terrorist blow herself up.
Pov: dvd menu music
perturbator death squad fits well
I love thes
This OST was without a doubt in my mind inspired by the The Movie “Platoon”. If you people haven’t seen it than you are seriously seriously seriously missing out.
Whole song is good but when that voice comes in it's incredible
Brooo I wish there was a continuation of the piano at 0:14 felt like it was going somewhere better
