Nice!
She’s absolutely the best!
Hey Talor, u share the same last name as me 😊
I am LinkedIn follower and absolute admirer of work of Dr. Robert Lufkin.
Lot of helpful information shared...food is medicine
This was wonderful and inspiring!!! I have a loved one whose young child is dealing with chronic pain all over and his hands have the same issue Talor had. Ready to give up the pills, creams and countless doctor visits....it's time to heal with good food, diet, exercise and herbs/supplements/vitamins

Excellent
I love sheep cheese its amazing and easy to digest a2 with high fat high proteins. This lady has some real information...she is absolutely right on a1 and a2. Also right on food sensitivities its about power of gut if your gut is very unhealthy the list of bad foods grows...if your gut is amazing you can digest hard rock...or uncooked beans as well...sheep cheese is very good for me!
This is a great video. Please pass it on to those you care about.
Love Mary. Always learn something new with every interview.
I think we have to factor in infant mortality rates when looking at the health of these peoples. So the West typically has infant mortality of around 1%, so our populations are full of people who would never have survived infancy in a harsh Darwinian enviroment...like these tribes she visits. So absolutely they enjoy superior health because of their lifestyles, but also the weak never even make it to adulthood, so these people are much stronger and fitter than us right from the start.
Color me skeptical. One study with 34 people, Not enough. I'm smelling a grift.
Fish oil should be in glass and not in pill form and not from the Pacific Ocean.
Magnesium helps with sleep. Magnesium l-theronate goes thru the brain barrier. Good for the brain. Caffeine has controversies.
Also get tested for food allergies and food intolerance because eating foods that you are either allergic to or have an intolerance to causes inflamation which is not good for the brain. No foods in cans - aluminum. Foods that create stem cells are good for helping or protecting against Alzheimer's. Goats can get mad cow disease and if so when you eat this cheese it will destroy your nervous system. Lion's main powder, eating walnuts, hibiscus tea and shilajit all good for brain health.
Great talk. Dr. Georgia speaks a lot of truth in my opinion. You can't go wrong with whole foods. In addition you need to figure out which food are high in pesticides, mold or heavy metals. Eliminating monoculture crops such as grains and sugar is also good for the planet. Self managed food forests instead. Maybe advancements in AI and robotics could help reduce cost of harvest. Pasture raised animal foods is also great. There has been a number of advancements in farming practices to integrate animals to regenerate and heal the damaged soil.
CBD seems to have the opposite effect on me. My heart rate goes through the roof when i take it.
My question for Mary is: How do the Ethiopians brew their coffee? What is the correct way to brew it?
I have never heard of this doctor before. She is so easy to listen to. She explains things clearly. She has a gentle demeanor and a pleasant voice. Im a new fan!
Brilliant! I needed to hear this information!
Great interview. Thanks!
Some doctors say taking Iodine higher that the absorption capacity of the GI tract have an anti-microbial effect. Please shed some light on it...
wow that was an interesting interview!
Shawn Baker himself is no longer carnivore, and now he adds fruits to his diet..
Most underrated doctor on YT! He is saving people from suffering and early death while big pharma / mainstream medicine do their best to hide this info!
I practice this breathing that brings on a sense of air hunger but I believe its more beneficial (for me ) while having this air hunger to remain relaxed at the same time.
Great interview!
Thank you
❤
This was a great episodes! Dr. Dzugan is one of the best in the world when it comes to hormones and optimizing physiology. I hope you have him back on again soon.
Is this the same lady acting silly on basketball wives reality tv?
Noq
👍
YOU ARE A SCAM!
"I'm here to be of Service"
Your mind is a garden....what you think will grow
Thoughts that don't serve you
We become what we think
The thoughts that serve me most
This is such a Rich conversation!!!!!❤❤❤❤
Go where this bigger and better is
❤❤❤👁️
YT wont let me like this. I like it, a lot. God Wins!
It wasn’t a coincidence that I found this 111th episode at 11:11 😉🙏💙
What an incredible interview!!!! She’s absolutely amazing!
Yeah about the losing weight, I weighed 135 7 years ago at 5 foot 6 inches which was much better for my back pain as well as being able to exercise more, but I was referred to Duke University here in NC for an autoimmune issue in 2017 and was prescribed high doses of Prednisone for 2 months and gained 50 lbs in 1 month, even though I never changed what I was eating or the amount of movement every day I was getting. Nothing changed yet I gained 50 lbs, more than a pound a day! After I stopped the meds I couldn't lose not 1 lb. I am still struggling to lose. Although I was able to lose 25 lbs finally, but that was the extent of it. I hit a wall and can't lose another ounce. My back causes me not to be able to get the needed exercise every day to get my heart rate up, but I did get a recumbent bike and bought s9me books on chair yoga for thise who are older and have bad backs, yet I still can't lose anymore. I hope at least my heart is a little bit healthier, but most of the time I don't feel like I'm healthier. I want to cry every day and just hide myself away because I can't seem to bring myself back from any if the terrible things I did to my mind and body and none of the doctors will even pretend to be interested in helping me find an answer especially about the imbalance in my hormones which I am convinced is the biggest problem I have including it contributing to my heart disease and depression. They look at me I am insane and tell me there is no such diagnosis as adrenal fatigue, or hormone induced hypertension. They may as well tell me they believe I'm mentally insane.
I have also made drastic changes since my heart attack in 2013 and I am still not doing well and it is depressing. I stopped smoking, using caffeine, sugar, processed food, started buying and using organic food and other non food products for skin and hair, removed air fresheners, stopped using plastic, aluminum, stopped using chemical clothes detergents and softeners, shampoos, soaps, dish liquid, on and on and on...I have spent all my money which is bad for me since I am disabled and retired and am unable to restore my income. But it seems my health is not getting much better, unless you count the fact that I am still alive at 62 and if it were not for me making thise changes 11 years ago I would probably be dead. But I am still in constant pain from back injuries and neck injuries, from car crashes and working a job for many years that involved heavy lifting and driving hundreds of miles every day, as well as other health issues due to doctors giving me meds over the last 20 years that I had horrible reactions to and had horrific allergic reactions as well. I am at the end of my rope again, almost as I was 22 years ago when I attempted to take my own life ,thank God I am not at that point today because I believe in God and prayer. But it is more than hard to get up every day when you know you have nothing to look forward to but horrible pain and heart disease and possibly another heart attack or stroke in the near future. I am sorry for all the negative language but I cannot take it much more and I've been researching so long now and don't seem to be able to make it stop.
I have been researching this and other types of medicine for more than 10 years, since I had a heart attack and emergency triple bypass because none if the medical docs have helped me. They all want to prescribe meds for blood pressure which I can't tolerate, meds for depression, and anxiety, which I don't tolerate, and hormones which I refuse to even try or experiment with due to research, but I can't financially afford these functional medicine huys and insurance doesn't cover it, sadly. Why is it always like that for thise of us who are low income and who are suffering the most and in horrific pain day in and day out? I have lost 2 sisters, a father and mother, and a daughter and granddaughter to the medical profession due to incompetence, negligence, unsanitary conditions, and taking meds that were prescribed after they were told we couldn't tolerate them and I do not want to see anymore of them so I guess I will hang around in pain until I pass away, since there is no real help out there for those who are poor financially. It is truly so sad wrong in this country how we are treated by class
