What do you mean? There are gameplay settings, IIRC if you have a controller plugged in set "Force use keyboard and mouse" (under settings>controls>Mouse settings) to true. Also make sure "circle snap" is disabled (also in the same mouse settings area). If your talking about the inverted cursor, that is also under mouse settings, under "In game cursor mode"
