I play at the Y mens league basketball still im 36 next month and im sore the next day not to mention its hard keeping up with 20 year old kids lol I can imagine you are pretty sore playing Hockey!
Yea sometimes it can be rough, but then you see guys in their 50’s and 60’s that have been playing longer than you’ve been alive so you just gotta grit through it and keep skating 😂
