Exactly, the prices were very high. You can indulge in expensive dining near the beach, enjoying gourmet meals with stunning ocean views. However, if you're willing to explore less popular spots, you'll find plenty of delicious and affordable options that are just as enjoyable and flavorful. And this applies to both islands but in Holbox there are not so many places - the choice is much smaller because the island itself is also smaller. However, Tulum is definitely the most expensive. They really went crazy with the prices there.

Hello! Yes you can smoke but not in public. If you want to smoke in pub or restaurant you have to go outside. It is banned in all interior public spaces in the Czech Republic, i.e., in restaurants, bars and cafés. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor courtyards.

Of course , it´s possible in garden restaurants (outside). You can sit and have beer or coffee with cigarettes... But believe me, (although it is illegal) you can find some pubs where is smoking possible (inside). First of all at night. Try to ask some young locals. They will advise. :)
