Butter Cake / How to Make a Delicious Vanilla Butter Cake
This Vanilla Butter Cake is really soft and very delicious cake.
This is an easy butter cake recipe and the recipe is very simple.
Step by step method of making a butter cake is shown in this video.
Please watch the video from the beginning till the end in order not to miss the important steps.
Ingredients
250 gr all-purpose flour (around 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp)
200 gr sugar (around 1 1/4 cups)
200 gr unsalted butter (around 1 cup - remove 1 tabs)
3 eggs
2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (or 1.5 tsp of vanilla essence)
1 1/4 tsp of baking powder
100 ml milk (around 1/2 cup)
Preheat the oven to 100C (around 215 F) for about 5-10 minutes. Then bake at 1...

    🍊 Famous Orange Cake Loaf 🍊 DRY: 1 cup all-purpose flour (220 grams) 1 tsp. baking powder (4 grams) BASE: 3 eggs pinch of salt 1 cup sugar (200 grams) 1/4 cup vegetable oil (60 ml) 1 orange: zest and abt. 1/4 cup juice (150 ml) TOPPING: honey coconut flakes LOAF PAN: 9-1/2” x 4” (24 cm x 10cm) 1 Tbsp. Butter, softened (to grease loaf pan) Sprinkle of flour 1. Preheat oven 360°F (180°C). Butter loaf pan and add light sprinkle of flour. 2. Large bowl: whisk DRY ingreds. Transfer to waxed paper, set aside. 3. Same bowl, hand mixer: cream BASE ingreds. 4. Then mix in remaining orange and oil ingreds. 5. Fold in DRY ingreds. in two batches, until just incorporated, don’t over mix, set aside. 6. Evenly spread batter into the loaf pan. 7. Bake 360°F for 35-40 mins. Test w/tooth pick for doneness. 8. Spread top with honey. 9. Sprinkle with Coconut flakes. 10.     Hi, I made this cake just now and it flobbed because the dry ingredients was too much for the liquid so I added more milk. please advice what happened. I used cake flour which I converted correctly as per google.

      The measurements should be the same as in the description and also , I used all-purpose flour maybe this was the reason
