This is the fun runs at the Myrtle beach speedway at mustang week 2018. It was my first time on the track with the cobra. It will take a little getting used to, but it was a LOT of fun! By the second lap the brakes got to temp and the third lap was a lot of fun. If there were two more laps it would have been awesome! Car is a 2003 Cobra lightly modded. After site work Phase One.

This video is taken after site work Phase One. The RV mound was removed, fence posts set and gates installed, trench for electrical dug and PVC conduit installed. Added topsoil seed and straw, graded the land and added about 20T of driveway stone. We need a good soaking rain for the driveway stone to set up. And to clean off the driveway. Great progress though!

We are having some site work done at the house. This video is the before video of phase one. Our contractor will be fixing issues - remove the RV mound, grade the land away from the house / shed, trench and conduit for the shed electric, drive gate / fence work and finish with 2A modified driveway stone.

Hay guy THAT IS NOT AN O.B.D.2. PORT! That port is a propriety scan tool for FORD! You keep putting that O.B.D2 connector into that port and you will end up messing up your cars E.C.M. the O.B.D 1 connector is located behind the passenger strut tower. (Ford moter Co. Engineer Retired) DEARBORN Mi.
Purchase a cp9128 adapter and that scanner will work. It plugs in to the diagnostic port under the hood located on the passenger side by the strut tower.

Got the reader have a 87 foxbody my codes are 94, 44, 31 would any of these cause issues with bucking, hesitating or should o look somewhere else, any suggestions

Sam Smoot - they are Corbeau LG1 (not the wide). I am extremely happy with them. I used fox / sn95 manual seat brackets and made my own adapter plates for them.

94 mustang GT is OBD1 . The connector is in engine bay , passenger side. That interior OBD2 connector is for V6 mustangs (which are OBD2) of the same year. It doesn't have any function . You need a OBD1 scanner and use the engine bay port connector.
You are absolutely correct! This video was to demonstrate how the OBD2 reader does NOT work on the 94/95 Mustang GT. My subsequent video uses the ODB1 port under the hood to run a KOEO test and pull the codes successfully.

Same as on my car tried it for 20 minutes 95 GTS.
With those code testers, you can replace parts unnecessary sometimes. Warm up the engine before KOER. If you get vacuum at the EGR at idle, replace the charcoal canister purge valve. If you get Oxygen sensor running rich codes, replace the MAP sensor. Get a Actron CP9690 code tester. It does live, graphing, record, oil light reset, MIL tests, and MORE on OBDII. It has cables for Ford OBDI, G.M., Chrysler, and 2 Toyota. It has a cable for OBDII. It has a cigarette lighter cable. It comes in a pouch.
Marty, this is good info! The innova shown here is about 25$. So its very inexpensive to get some direction. Pulling codes can be free by using the paper clip and counting the CEL blinking. You have some great info with troubleshooting, that is appreciated! The action you mention is a little expensive at almost 200$, but well worth it if you have multiple vehicles to diagnose!
Michael Picardi Yes it's high! But codes can be deceiving. I myself had on my car to get codes and it wasn't what the code said. I had vacuum at the EGR at idle and I got EGR position sensor codes. It was the purge valve. I got oxygen sensor running rich codes and it was the MAP sensor. The Troubleshooting tips menu helped me. OBDI only gives basic codes. So, a cheap tester will do, basically. High idle can be the CTS. It can be the ISC if it says ISC. There aren't any codes for the module. If the timing mark flutters, it's the module.
@@martystevens3969 does the actron cp9690 work on 94 mustangs? i have a 94 v6 pony with the obd ll under the dash but in this video, michael is using the obd l reader. i would like to purchase a scanner that can read domestic cars from 94 (with obd ll) on up. ive looked at launch however they start at the year range of 96.

@dannyphillips7573just plug the connectors into the code reader. They are located behind the passenger strut tower. May be tucked down there and need to be fished out.
