there no way people think stolas is in the wrong. He gave the choice to blitzo to leave or stay. He didn’t force blitzo to stay, yeah sure he was sad. He said he saw how wrong it was and blitzo just yelled. Stolas stayed silent while blitzo argued.

I know the circumstances are very different but when Blitzo said he’d do anything I instantly remembered Charlie saying the same thing to Alastor in Hazbin Hotel. When Charlie says this to Alastor it doesn’t have anything to do with romance or even the relationship between the two, but the sincere desperation is the same. I know that Stolas originally put Blitzo in a situation where he felt/was taken advantage of (not saying that Blitzo didn’t use Stolas either). But when I compared Charlie and Blitzo saying they’d do anything I realized why Blitzo felt like he wasn’t in control despite the fact that deep down he knows the Stolas has evolved. I love Alastor so much but he clearly uses his rank to his advantage, and because of his past experiences Blitzo couldn’t believe that Stolas wasn’t still doing this as well. At the same time I realized that at this point in the show Stolas wasn’t using his status to get ahead. Alastor is an overlord and Stolas is a Royal. Both hold titals that allow them to easily take advantage of others without anyone thinking twice. But in this scene it is so clear that Stolas’ status is the last thing on his mind. In his eyes him and Blitzo are on the same level. This is a huge issue because the difference in their place in the world weighs so heavily on Blitzo. Overall this scene is so intense and unfortunately realistic. Blitzo and Stolas are expressing the things holding them back and if both of them were able to actually listen to each other the situation seems like it could have been resolved. However they are both so overwhelmed by the depth of their own issues that they aren’t actually taking in what the other person is saying. Sorry for the essay but I had to get this off my chest. Side note, I’ve rewatched this scene so many times and even thinking about it makes me cry almost instantly.

The smiling critters are definitely something we'll never get over. Im still wondering if we could of save dogday or not from the mini smiling critters? Catnap along with mommy and huggy are antagonist we definitely won't forget. I hope chapter 4 antagonist is just as terrifying.

3:48 Hearing Stolas' voice crack as if he was on the verge of tears because Blitzo thought that Stolas viewed imps as not as powerful as the Goetia family is just heartbreaking. Blitzo should've never treated him that way and hurt his feelings. I felt pretty bad for Stolas in this scene, especially near the end where he was about to cry, which almost made me cry. Both Brandon Rogers and Bryce Pinkham did a phenomenal job voicing both characters in this scene, especially when Brandon expressed Blitzo's emotions, including anger, and Bryce expressed Stolas' sadness.
