You are correct. It also tells you on the side wall of the tire. In this situation I waited to put the right amount of PSI in the tire once I put back onto the vehicle.

The goal is to go with everything on full. Hopefully you be done made something by the next time you fuel up.

It's holding up real good. Always make sure you have the right amount of PSI in the tires. The tube will last way longer. I cycle at least 3 times a week. So I check my tires every Sunday.

Good question. I'm not sure. I would say to help the flow of oil when draining it. Because you don't have to use both dip sticks when checking it.
