@@peytonlongmore1490 It's from Ri'Tu EX2 arena. It's actually a really easy arena if you have Hammy+H'aanitEX since you can cheese it with dodges, but if you don't have the Accessory you can use any accessory with 60 Attack like Yunnie's A4

Maybe instead of Sazantos you can use Elrica, altho you would just need to replace someone with Alaune EX too (like in this video by Applemite ruclips.net/video/TD4dDD_C_W0/видео.htmlsi=SapvJyZAbKWOiu_v), but that strategy should also work. And I'm glad that even then you found the video helpful 🎉

@@hansensanjaya8878 They need to be at Lvl10 sadly so their turn cooldown get reduced by one turn 😅

@@hansensanjaya8878 it's only the EXP part that reduces the turn cooldown. Love/affection only increases the amount of times you can empower them with HP or other stats.

I'm planning on using the same 4u idea for future videos actually. And heeeey I think you're right. While doing the Magna part for example, I actually struggled a little bit to make it short and easy to understand; but seeing it as someone who's just starting to do runs the section actually ends up being too fast which is something that I didn't notice lmao 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also felt that some parts like the transition to the Nakarkos example felt a little bit too rushed or the Bazel part where I tried to show how many things we have in our mind felt like there was a lot of info to show but I'll take that into account for the next video so thanks for bringing that up 👀 And also, I wanted to bring that point because in MHGU I struggled a little bit while doing some Dreadking pbs, and the biggest help I received was watching Suwa's Dreadking run with GS which showed me how predictable Dreadking actually is. I think seeing how someone else plays and understand what they're doing is a huge way to improve in a lot of games and real life stuff so I wanted to include that idea. I was actually going to mention the Bazel bit as a part that moves a bit too quickly too, yeah. Super fast commentary + background gameplay + lots of pop-ups all at the same time is kind of sensory overload and makes it difficult to tell what the viewer is supposed to be focused on. Also, I didn't feel like there was anything wrong with the transition to the Nakarkos part, but I did find it a bit jarring that you used Nakarkos as an example given that the entire rest of the video is only about Sunbreak (although that's not REALLY a problem in the grand scheme of things since it's an example that demonstrates your point well and these tips apply universally to all the MH games). Also also, OMG, I know exactly what Dreadking run you're talking about! I remember first seeing it years ago and it absolutely blew my mind. I'd always hated Dreadking and thought he was just spastic and unpredictable, but seeing that run was like a splash of cold water to the face, showing me just how little I actually knew about the fight. It's still one of my all-time favorite runs, and one of the prime examples I always go to when talking about pre-World MH's "predict and punish" playstyle. For me though, the most influential experience I had regarding that topic is 4U Rajang. I first fought him with SA and had an utterly miserable time. I then swapped to DB, and then Hammer, but nothing seemed to work. He was so fast and aggressive and I just couldn't figure him out. That's when I decided to look up some speedruns on him, and through watching them I started to notice all of the very predictable patterns he actually had. I then swapped to GS, tried putting what I saw into practice, and it was like a switch instantly flipped. My performance improved significantly, and Rajang quickly went from what seemed like an insurmountable wall to one of the easiest (and best) fights in the game. Speedruns also helped me greatly at better understanding monsters like Kirin, Garuga, the Tigrex family, Stygian Zin, and Glavenus.

@@theguywithnoaccount HAHAHA yeaaaah I think maybe just including the info on screen on things that we have to manage would have been better than including the gameplay, or showing them separately. As for the Nakarkos, I felt like he was the best example I could find about how some extra seconds change our main view of things because all the other ideas I had that included Sunbreak gameplay were hard to convey 😔 Also, yep yep, that Suwa run is really good HAHAHA I think another example is Zebra (Was it Zebra? I actually don't remember) explaining some of Malzeno's attack patterns in the Demo. Before that I struggled a lot against Malzeno and trying to predict him, but after seeing him talking about some of Malzeno follow ups I improved a lot. In most games people suggest a lot to watch other people play, but in Monster Hunter almost no one says that and with how helpful it is for but casuals and the speedrunning scene it can be a healthy new thing to look out for. Thanks Cake! It took me a long amount of time to get some of the values like Marksman and even the SpareShot proc rate of Bombardier4. I shot 800 times for each Marksman lvl, 400 times for both Bombardier3~4 dmg increases and 1500 shots for the spare shit average because every 500 my testings where jumping between 5% to 7% and it never made sense 😂

I'm actually in the same spot, I still think GU did better at least speedrunning wise. The amount of times I need to reset because I activated an endemic life or small monsters targeting you makes me think that running in GU felt better because you never had to deal with bad areas, endemic life or small monsters, just random spawns and AI. But I'm still enjoying the game and probably speedrun other monsters, idk 👀

I know right? This also gave me some flashbacks of old 3DS days when people also recorded their runs with their phones, good old days :')
