CIE MATH SOLUTIONS is a free online math resource for mathematics students, teachers, and parents. Video math tutorials cover topics ranging from primary to high school math contents. They are designed to help fellow educators find additional references for their lesson preparation, to help students learn math independently online, and to help parents in guiding their children with their homework. If anybody's wondering why it doesn't work with 3 and 6 is because 3 and 6 aren't coprime to each other. For example 12 is also a multiple of 3 and 6 but it isn't a multiple of 18. The smallest common multiple of 3 and 6 is 6 by the way

I have another method. A number is a multiple of 4 if the 10s digit is even and the last digit is 0, 4 or 8, or the 10s digit is odd and the last digit is 2 or 6

I have an alternate method. It also works if the sum of 5 times the last digit and the rest of the number is a multiple of 7. However this is actually the method I use to identify a multiple of 49

The divisibility rules of the 1st 10 multiples of 10 10: The number ends in 0 20: The number ends in 00, 20, 40, 60 or 80 30: The number is a multiple of 3 and 10 at the same time 40: The last 3 digits are a multiple of 40; the 100s digit is even and the last 2 digits are 00, 40 or 80, or the 100s digit is odd and the last 2 digits are 20 or 60 50: The number ends in 00 or 50 60: The number is a multiple of 3 and 20 at the same time 70: The number is a multiple of 7 and 10 at the same time 80: The last 4 digits are a multiple of 80; the 1,000s digit is even and the last 3 digits are a multiple of 80 or the 1,000s digit is odd and the last 3 digits are 40 times an odd number 90: The number is a multiple of 9 and 10 at the same time 100: The number ends in 00
