I can't understand how a song made to play with stereotypes can also be so beautiful. I personally feel attached to this song because of that scene with Orel and his father, where they're eating and trying to make sense of their situation, yet they're so disconnected at the same time. It kind of reminds me of my relationship with my own father and how I once had the same innocence as Orel, to the point where I didn’t realize what kind of person my father really was.
