Table Mountain enduro ride 1.
Просмотров 123 года назад
Table Mountain is a large volcanic extrusion in the Texas creek riding area in CO. About 9,000 feet in elevation this area is close to home so I can run up here for a quick ride and a chance to see other machines. There are 8 videos in this series.

I have a stock 1322 and wouldn't mind spending the extra money for these mods but I wonder how long the adjustable pistons and valves last.
@@DavidChatterton-j6b The only part that may wear out is the piston o-ring and I have one unchanged but well oiled and used for over six years. It still works great! I do include extras.
ordered this set from you today on ebay. Thanks for the good work
Thanks! This was shipped yesterday. Enjoy!
@@PeterNollan Thank you sir
CCI Stingers, huh?
Excellent idea
I wonder if reducing valve size would be better, ? ? ? My Model One has a half size valve and longer stroke giving higher pressure I guess and it shoots very hard. So maybe that's what we should be trying on the 13XX platform ? ? ?
Those RWS Max .22 pellets are my occasional favorite. Sort of expensive but, i like using the in my Crosman.22 cO2 2260 rifle i bought several years ago around time it first was discontinued. I'm not exactly sure what velocity i was getting using this pellet, although i pretty sure it was above 600 fps, slightly because of only alloy metal construction. Any way, great video and excellent scene of mountain,👍.
Nice video! Good to explain how test fixture work, very professional!
The flat top piston/ valve modification did not add much to your FPS compared to stock setup on 10 pumps ?
It added 40 fps over the stock rating. At 8000ft where the air is much thinner than sea level. With the higher volume valve the fps gains increase with more pumps.
@@peternollan4469 Ty...at 10 pumps only, it added 40 FPS, with the only mod being flat top piston/valve ?
Plus the 60% flow bushing.
You pump it, pump it real good.
777fps = 530mph. Impressive.
Helpful information
Is the transfer port placed with the larger part at the top or at the bottom?
Large (longer) part in barrel, small (shorter) part in seal on valve.
That is insane. Your a genius !!
The Crosman HP still got more ft/lbs (15.5) at 700 fps than the lighter 9.9 grn pellet at 777 fps (13.3). Still, amazing how you got that much speed with those relatively simple mods. Gotta try that with my Crosman 362, which has almost exactly the same engineering as the 1322, but a heavier spring, and of course a longer barrel.

i love this product, havent had any issues, does what it claims.
Those are very good numbers with a stock barrel, I'm sure they would be better with a longer one.
My experience has been about 8fps gain per inch of added barrel length.
I recommend checking out these plans. I am a woodglut customer and I am very happy with the plans they offer
In my first work I always used Woodglut plans.
Dude, h3ll yeah!
What kind of hitch is that?
Standard 2" hitch. Everything else I custom made myself.
Where would I get these parts? Thanks
nolla_pete on Ebay. "Crosman 1322,1377,2289 Aluminum Flat Topped Piston, MV Valve, 60% Bushing Combo"
The guy that sells this stuff on ebay, known as Alchemy Gunwerks is a hack. Look closely at your parts under magnification and you'll see what I mean. He's also a Trump hating liberal.
I bought mine at yard sale for $4.39 it leaks oil like a sieve but works well
Wow, this was at 8000 feet elevation. Thanks Pete. I’m being reintroduced to air guns after throwing them down some 50 years ago. After much reviews, I have this gun on its way. When I was a kid, what I could afford was crap and nobody knew crap and it wasn’t easy to find out crap to make your crap worth 💩. I’m sure when I can budget after initial expense, I’ll be in touch for the upgrade. Thanks again for some good 💩 man! I see it’s been a year, have you made any more mods on your 1322 since this video? I’d sure be interested.
many tanks
600 fps with a heavy 22 pellet is very good.👍🇺🇸
awesome! need your contact. I have some work need your expertise!
Nice old wagoneer
Wow I'm definitely doing the Pump Upgrade on my 1322. That's over 14 FPE with 30 Pumps on the stock 10" Barrel. That's awesome. I can definitely hunt with this setup at 30 Yards no problem.
Your store isn't available for Canada 😢
Interesting. Im just shooting a 18in barrel with standard transfer port. I just shoot up to 10 pumps max. I noticed a decline in velocity with a opened up transfer port until about 15 pumps and higher. My goal is to get the highest velocity with the lowest amount of pumps. It is definitely fun to tinker. I will be heavy modding a "1320", whenever my .20cal barrel and bolt can be made and shipped. But, I can't wait to tinker with that. Hopefully it will hit like a .22 and penetrate like a heavy .177. Will be putting in a f/t piston and valve also.
Did you ever get alot of FPS, with minimum pumps ?
Very nice. Where do you buy Pogo Pins? I've been using Everett Charles Technologies but have had issues with them.
I have always used Interconnect Devices Inc. (IDI) from Mouser or Allied.
Are you still selling this valve and piston.
Yes, I am currently out of stock but will have more soon. Got busy with other things!
What size Allen keys did you use?
3/32 and 5/64 supplied with combo.
Ok cool. I thought if I had bought it I would have to dig for them or buy the Allen keys separately.
How’s that saw holding up? I’m thinking about getting on for branches around the house. Might get a pole saw instead. I don’t know. Maybe will look on Craigslist.
I just used it today and its still working fine. I bought a pole saw and they are very top heavy!
Any installation videos? Where did you get the dowel pin? Thanks again, looking forward to installing this shortly (it just arrived in mail).
I just look at already existing videos for disassembly/assembly. Any other things you need to know are included in the instructions. If you are referring to the front hinge pin it is a standard 3/6" x 1" hardened dowel pin.
I have the same first name as you :) Me and my friend would be very interested in buying two (for 1377) of the full mods for our pellet guns.
Do you have this for a 1377?
It fits a 1377 also.
@@peternollan4469 Great I will be purchasing your awesome looking product soon :) Thanks for the quick reply
Hi there! Are you still selling these? I could not find your ebay store
I Just listed some more.

Great review...Thanks!
I live in Brazil. I can not find this piece in national market or eBay sellers send. Please can someone collaborate so I get item for my Crosman? Thank you so much.
Hi Peter, Thanks for the video. would you mind sharing email?
Very impressive,I love the mk 2 as well as stingers!
Hi Peter, share your email ID pls
Do you sell the piston flat top and valve and also can I I order from canada
6 months later....what did ya do?
Beautiful location! Glad to see you back on youtube.
Thanks! I have a lot more to go. I decided to put it all out in complete series so you can see the whole ride with no editing.
@@peternollan4469 yes, just finished watching all of the rest series. Thank you for this amazing journey, great bike handling on such a rocky road. Suspension got hard time I assume!
@@oleg146 The suspension holds up very well and I only use half of it! Key is a soft aftermarket seat and a pad in my pants. I just turned 61 so I need all the help I can get. I'm downloading in chronological order with a LOT to go...........
