So here is a video fail for all of you. I didn't have anything brown to dress my Iplehouse HID Falcon into so I tried an outfit I was holding onto from my Souldoll TZ Zig. Well it's a fail because certain parts of it didn't fit. I decided to include it in the series to show that even if the pants fit it isn't a guarantee that the rest will. lol Hope you enjoy my lovely Falcon anyways.

@@Pyrax0x Iplehouse will sometimes post a doll that is imperfect on their own page and offer it for auction as a slightly reduced price. This is where I was lucky enough to get this beautiful girl! Oh I would love to see what you come up with for a doll!!

They are a stunning couple! I love the Adrian sculpt, and it was sooooo hard to choose just one in the 3 Musketeers series. I have renamed some of my dolls, and some have a vague back story. Lately, it seems to change with the outfit...lol. I have been tossing around and going back and forth with ideas. I love historical outfits and have been sketching and collecting fabrics and trims. I'm not going for historical accuracy necessarily and have found myself mostly looking at Pinterest for inspiration. I love the look of so many time periods, I get overwhelmed. 😂😢😅😅 Right now, I'm just loving all the possibilities and the 1/3 scale seems like it's ideal. Not too small and not too big. Fingers crossed! I will definitely be doing photos or maybe videos of my progress. Thank you for sharing your videos of your gorgeous dolls and all the amazing outfits!!! ❤
I love the faceup on Adrian and am so glad I got him! I know what you mean about having being hard to choose between the sculpts! I started this channel to connect more with my dolls and yet somewhere I have lost their stories and names I gave them. The problem for me is I love all styles of clothing so it's hard to create a persona for your doll ie: 18th century princess and then change her into a modern outfit in the next video. 😆 I can't wait to see what you create and if you do videos, please send me a link so I can enjoy them too!
I remember the Elves as well and thinking it didn't fit the series theme either. It's a gorgeous set and one I wished that I had! Naomi look amazing in it and the bow you found is so perfect. ❤❤❤

I am so glad you are enjoying the videos. The majority of my doll clothing is from SartoriaJ and Iplehouse. Unfortunately a lot of the clothing I have is sold out or no longer available for sale. SartoriaJ is the company I buy from the most right now. They release new clothing much more often than a lot of other companies. I hope that answers your question. Thank you so much for watching!! ❤
Any chance to see Falcon is hardly a fail...lol! He's a looker! ❤ Just out of curiosity, does SJ Zeus clothing fit Iple HID? I got my Porthos on the 71Ath body because I thought it might be easier to find clothing...the struggles we collectors deal with. 😢😅😂
Isn't he though!! This is something I plan on doing a video on soon. I want to try HID clothing on a Zeus body and Zeus clothing on my HID. I know what you mean about struggles. For many years I have tried to stick to certain dolls only so my extensive clothing collection can be used by them all. But lately I have been buying new doll lines and honestly I am loving them. I do find I just don't get to change their outfits quite so often which is also sometimes good because feeling like you have to change so many dolls might become overwhelming. So excited to see your Parthos!!
Serena looks so ethereal in her ensemble! That staff is everything isn't it?! I have to admit that I couldn't resist...I purchased the Duke of Buckingham set with the boots and will eventually put that on my Porthos. I found I way to get it using PayPal and paying in four installments to ease the $ burden. SJ better not release anything else for a hot minute!@#$& 😅😂😢😅
Lmao!! I side stepped all the Musketeers clothes. I just couldn't afford it so soon after the Valentine's/Fairytale release they just did. But the sets are stunning so I don't blame you for getting at least one!! In Canada, the split payments through PayPal isn't an option. 😥 I too am hoping I am not tempted by any new releases until I have a couple of layaways paid off first! Lol

How about securing the under shirt with elastic on his wrist so it would be easier to insert the top coat that's what I do and it works everytime😘
Hmm I never thought of this. I just assumed the elastic wouldn't be strong enough to do it since those sleeves can be tight getting through. I will definitely keep that in mind for next time! Thank you! ❤️

Leonard makes one sexy pirate! Rrrrrr! I couldn't remember if Iplehouse offered the limited outfits without buying the doll...I had just found out about them mid-series. I do like that SartoriaJ has recently been offering a chance to purchase limited outfits separately. Now they just need to give us a bit more time to buy them....like a month at least. Baby steps...lol. I love the idea of the zip lock bags and printing a photo for reference. I don't own that many, so I always eagerly await to see all your treasures! ❤❤❤
Iplehouse offers the limited sets in Doll Choice so if you knew someone who was buying a doll, you could snap up all the limited sets they still have available. I took advantage of this so many times with friends. This set is a prime example. Lol I agree that it is so awesome that SJ offers the limited sets without buying the doll. I regularly take advantage of this too as evidenced by my huge Valentine's order I have on layaway with BJDivas. 😉 When you have as many doll clothes as I do, you have to start getting creative with storage. I just ordered some new storage bins that I hope will give me more room and fill the space I have available better than my current set up. I will try it this weekend. Fingers crossed!
I have never seen this Carved Heritage outfit for EID Scarlett in an owner's photos before- it is so cool and fun! Sartoriaj Elf Luthien looks amazing in it- she is the perfect doll for this incredible outfit! But back to Iplehouse: I also agree, I would love to own all the Carved Heritage dolls and their outfits! I am still in hopes of finding the CH EID Bane pirate outfit and CH EID Lawrence and his Carved Heritage outfit. Looking back at the previous releases to CH, the Addiction series is really fabulous amazing fantasy sculpts that sadly they are not doing anymore. But overall I am still partial to the CH sculpts & outfits. As to pleather- there is only so much you can do - keep it out of the heat, in a cool spot is the best answer that I have found especially with pleather as unique and special as the kind used to maker her chaps. I so agree with you, I also wish that Iplehouse would try much harder to bring back the great design and construction of the Carver Heritage era! I suspect that many left artisans left Iplehouse due to the same terrible management and quality control issues that as customers a few years ago, we were all very upset by. And the pandemic also shut down several factories I understand which also had made it slow for IP to come back. I think competition is not a bad thing, and Sartoriaj has been giving it in spades. Quality has been incredible and concern about customer's needs also has been forefront. I hope we see more changes in future- such as longer release periods - 5 days is too short! Even Iplehouse brought back their most popular sculpts when customer demand became so strong!
I too am looking for both the Bane and Lawrence sets. Soooo hard to find and don't blame anyone for not wanting to give them up! I am lucky to own as many of the Carved Heritage sets as I do since I didn't start collecting until Rania. This was when Iple was at their peak! I too love SJ but agree that their limited dolls need longer releases. Hopefully if they hear that enough and they'll start to do it. Too many dolls, not enough money!! Lol
A badass pirate babe! I know I drooled over all the Carved Heritage dolls, outfits & weapons. Iplehouse sparked my first love of BJD'S. As we talked about before, it's sad to see them struggling and nothing really new and exciting to show. I still troll their site in hopes they'll bounce back. Sartoriaj definitely rivaled them with their Tarot collection. I am loving the Musketeers as well, but my bank account says, look, don't touch. Lol 😂 I wish companies would show the whole collection at once, then offer more time to purchase. Less pressure and time to save up for all the extras. I see Sartoriaj is teasing at least 2 more outfits in the Musketeers series....aaaaahhhh! Alas, I am really wanting to make my own historically based outfits in the future. Gathering fabrics and trims together as we speak. Wish me luck!
I agree! I wish they would show the whole collection too. It seems like as soon as I buy a doll the very next one is one I would rather have gotten. Now I try to hold out for a week at least before jumping on an order. I am avoiding the Musketeers too. My wallets is still crying from the Valentine's clothing I have on layaway with BJDivas plus all the Fifth Season stuff I ended up getting. Lol 😁 Ohhh custom sets!! They are both very similar companies so you can't go wrong there. I will say that SJ releases more new dolls and clothing by far than Iple does so you have a broader option for both. Let me know who you end up buying and have fun shopping!! ❤️
@@josie_bjddollsI‘ve ordered a SartoriaJ Philip but I am fairly sure when finances allow I will end up with an EID boy too. Your video helped making a choice, and then it came down to really loving Philip’s sculpt whereas I have a hard time deciding which Iplehouse boy I want.😂

Oh I am so sorry to say that this outfit is from a very old collection from Iplehouse. It hasn't been available for years. The only way to get it now is to find it second hand. I am so sorry. I sure hope you do manage to find one.
