How to remove the black smoke thing like a monster face on characters head. Ppl said to use aoe heal but it didn't remove them? Im confused
You can remove it by using healer's class skill (the uppermost right button) or any character with ability to remove negative effect(i.e. Miya's sub skill, Sia's sub skill, Vinette's drone, Eleanor's over 100% charge, Gab's chain) but with how bad server connection is, sometimes the mark just can't be removed
