I know its easier said then done but when your baby girl sleeps you need to sleep as well. But you are doing a great job you are a wonderful mother and dont be so hard on yourself! You got this!!!!!! Take care and GOD BLESS

Hey girllllll, a few tips that may or may not work. Try to get yourself ready before her because yes she is your baby but you can’t pour from an empty cup babes. Another is that PPD is no joke fr. You gotta push through it though! Talking definitely helps, maybe see about talking to a therapist? Especially during this time. And let Ava’s dad take her and get some you time :) even if that’s going to the store for your fav snack. And lastly lol maybe try some lil protein shakes so that’ll sit on your stomach since you’re not having an appetite. Just so you can have something on your stomach so you’re not as dizzy. Much love 💗

I’ve been watching these videos for years and my tips for the younger girls. I would tell y’all to double cleanse get inside the ears in the back of your ears, your navel your butt cheeks really really good get between your butt cheeks. Make sure it’s dry and then get a cotton round after that put some witch hazel on it just a little bit go right up your butt cheeks and you will be dry all day and I do that behind my ears too after I get out the shower and I get a Q-tip and I clean out my navel as well with the witch hazel it keeps me dry all day long, people can smell when you’re not clean behind your ears

I love dail anti bacterial the gold bar been using it for three years now I was using it before off and on but I noticed they have my skin squeaky clean and I think it’s good for people that sweat. I’m not a person that sweat but people that don’t double cleanse that will be a good soap for them if you just get in one good wash , but I used to use dove sensitive but I think you use something so much you have to switch up but I’m very sensitive down there and the gold bar is the only thing I can use down there and it dove sensitive bar the honey pot used to be good when they first came out but since they sold it a yr or two ago it has me dry down there since I brought it again after they sold it it has me very dry and irritated down there and it threw my pH balance off so I don’t buy that anymore
I hear a lot of mixed reviews with honey pot now too. I want to switch it up as well and try something different 😊
