Shout out from a christian from Brazil! I just discovered their songs very recently, many many years after they were released, and I am so grateful that band existed and recorded such great albums! Hope they are still rocking somewhere! God bless you all!

I saw the first tour and this tour. Jesse Sprinkle was on drums first time. Second time Wayne Everett on drums and Gyro on bass. I went out after meeting Jason and bought the same platform Converse all stars he is wearing here. He was so cool and even remembered me. That first tour, no one except DanceHouse Children fans knew who he was, so that was only me. Good memories.

This band was incredibly influential in my adolescence. Their musicality and meaningful / heartfelt lyrics struck a chord (no pun intended). If you dig into the story of the band you’ll find a lot of sadness and deals gone wrong. It’s amazing to me that my favorite albums (the final two) were the ones made out of paying off a debt and simply trying to get OUT of the record deal. The purity of heart can truly be felt in the albums “Relocation” and “Strange Exchange” as well as the final compilation “Wings to Fly”. Songs like “Break My Fall”, “Scared of Me”, “Who Loves You More” and “The Way of the Earth” are profoundly emotional and relatable. The way their music blended theology, the human condition and melody… I haven’t found anything like it in 20 years. Truly thankful for this band. Oh, and of course I like their earlier stuff too. I just love their later albums and don’t think they get enough recognition. Thanks for uploading this! Finding any footage of plankeye on the web these days is gold.

I was at cornerstone 2000 but was so excited to see all the hxc performances. I didnt even know about fsf until a few years later when it was too late. So sad i missed it.
