Honestly, this doctor is almost tender for a Russian surgeon (or post-Soviet, anyway). He even called the patient 'dear'!

This so called “Dr”. Should have his license taken away. There no excuse to cause so much pain. It also seemed the medicine in the syringe wasn’t moving freely. Something was definitely wrong. This dr has to have been trained in a torture camp. I think he he chose the largest needle to insert to numbing medication. He should have a website where the patient can leave a survey on him. There is no reason to use such a large needle or to jab it in like he does. Plus the patient still feels pain even after the dr puts the numbing medication in. It’s probably because the Dr put it all in so deep instead of some on the surface where he was to cut. Now he is using tools that look like for a tortures chamber. This Dr needs to be reported.

I don't know why you all are calling this doctor a butcher!!! He actually did a very good job at taking them cysts off her head. They are called Pylar cysts and he got them out whole... Thats rare to see. He did a wonderful job at taking some of the excess skin off the scalp so it wouldn't be sloppy. He did a wonderful job as far as I'm concerned. No butchering at all. You all need to behave yourselves....

I understand carbuncles are difficult and require a different take on treatment but instead of ripping out the tissue why not cut it? It would definitely make things less painfull, messy and makes the healing process a bit easier on the person.

This doctor reminds me one time when I had a blood test as part of my physical. The technician was jab happy. When I say "jab happy", I mean JAB! not gently insert the needle. I remember what she looked like. I took a mental note. In subsequent trips to the lab, I've made sure this same technician didn't touch me again. In fact, I complained about her in the follow- up survey.
