One in a Hundred
Howdy, yall! Made this (roughly) based on the original Ghostrunner soundtrack, which is still one of the best video game soundtracks ever made. The second one is awesome, too, but I feel like it had a bit more of a consistent tone when Daniel Deluxe did the entire thing himself. I was going for the same kind of vibe of some of the slower ones, like Air and Horizon. Also, the software I have been using has been releasing increasingly limited, pre-programmed soundboards, which are almost useless if you want to actually make something of your own. Consequently, pretty soon I will be forced to find and learn another, whether I like it or not, at which point releases will probably slow in orde...

I've learned my lesson about trying to run multiple projects simultaneously. I'm going back to doggedly refusing to pull attention from something until it's done. Unfortunately, I had to basically throw out the projects I had spent all that time on just to give myself a clean slate to reorient myself with. With that said, I think this turned out rather well, all things considered. Hope yall enjoy!

Greetings, programs! I didn't set out to make a somewhat Tron-esque song, but I like where I got! My whole interest in music was kicked off by Tron: Legacy, so I guess it's fitting that I have some kind of tribute to it. We did it! Adrift has reached over 100 views! Bit of a big accomplishment for a channel this small, especially considering I wrote that song on a hangover. Of all the stuff I've written as of the release of this song, I think either this or tomorrows release (stay tuned) are my best work thus far. I've almost finished uploading my backlog, after which point releases will slow down to more normal speeds (I can't actually write something every day, or at least nothing descent). @@glowcube Yep. I don't have and can't really afford the equipment to record vocals myself (good mic, de-s'er, etc.), and I'm told I have a bit of a Southern drawl, which didn't really seem like it would fit with a Votann song anyway.
