When plotting a roof plan on a paper it is plotted with 45degree but the elevation is reduced to 30 and below But Revit has made it easier by just setting the slope you want for your hipped roof if it is 30,27, 24, 21,or 18 depending on the one that suits the building

Mr man, did you pass through school at all or you just base your criticism on your limited knowledge? Roof construction is not limited to certain constraints but if it only serving the purpose, since my practice as architect for a decade I have designed and practically construct to detail. This design here need not your validation, because is being built already. Learn beyond your limitation.
