Dapat talaga i develop mga major cities sa visayas and mindanao so people will not migrate to metromanila. It's now time, actually it's been so long to develop these cities not only to improve the lives of people in these cities but also to ensure the lives of our childre and future generations to come. Wag lang may corruption, pag may corruption nothing will succeed.
How can these cities actually develop when previous admin give all projects to Luzon area? Plus, the never ending corruption. Slightly okay when Duterte approved the third bridge in Lapu Lapu City and MRT/LRT connecting the whole province of Cebu. Hopefully, Cebu will become one of the most progressive city.

Why do you need to make lapu lapu into a big city when you already have Cebu City. You just have rehabilitate Cebu City and create livable areas with wide open green spaces like other European cities. Leave space for the environment and wildlife. Disconnecting yourself from nature never works. You only need to implement discipline, create job and make food and housing affordable. Building skyscrapers and buildings without environmental consideration is not proof of a countries wealth. You have to be sustainable.

Don't you realize you are destroying the towns and countrysides by extending or creating another Cebu City or Manila in the name of Lapu Lapu for example. Where do you plan to put all your wastes and sewage water? Lapu lapu as a town only needs the right type of investments to create job. You cannot make the whole Philippines a metropolis. It needs to breathe as well. Buildings doesn't equal growth and progress as most Filipinos with their small mind thinks. Cebu City and other cities and towns in Cebu only needs rehabilitation. Keep the remaining natural environment intact for future generation. YOUR MAJOR CITIES NEEDS SO MUCH MAKE OVER.

Great project! however I've noticed that passenger jets prior to landing at the Mactan airport, there's a bridge blocking the runway ahead that endangers the aircraft while descending or upon taking off.
The engineering and the city planning department must have considered that already so that we need not worry about it!
Is this a comment coming from a pilot? Just wondering you were able to SEE and OBSERVE the bridge but not the ROAD. I also wonder you observe the BRIDGE but not the airport perimeter FENCE towering the bridge you are referring to. The bridge is on the same level with the road. How does the bridge pose danger to the runway? Maybe you are referring to the high FENCE at that segment of the airport perimeter, not the bridge. The same thing can be found in Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There is also a road blocking the runway approach.
The planes are well above the bridge.
