Or use a cheap tablet or touchscreen monitor and save up for a drawing tablet with a screen
Just get either a touchscreen monitor or a cheap tablet I recommend second hand refurbished tablets like iPad Air 4 or Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite

I’m a bit confused I just saw another person post this exact vid without your commentary but with the exact same model and outfit but you’re saying you made this? Are yall working together or…
What?! No I’m not working with anybody. I made this video and the model/outfit myself. Can you share the link or person’s post???
@@3dbrit OMG thats terrible!! im so sorry i dont have the post but i know i saw it on my Instagram reels ill try my best to find it if i can!! Make sure to watermark your vids incase someone is trying to steal them! your works are amazing btw

That's rlly good! How'd you delete the top part for the neck to make it off-shoulder?
Thanks 😊 you can use the line project tool that’s in sculpt mode to cut off the top part of the dress to make it off-shoulder
Tutorial please?

@@3dbrit thank you soooo much!!
@tariro.m I got you 😁
Interesting 🖤🖤🖤
Ps2 used planes as hair, like resident evil ada for example. A tutorial on something like that would be cool.
Cg artist
Thanks yeah I think cg artists are still making better art in general
Thanks for information 🙂
Yeah no problem 😃 thanks for watching ❤️🙌
How did you do that!! It’s so cool.. I wanna learn how to add a cutout to my clothes like that :O
Thanks Cat I did it with a Boolean modifier
You’re great 🎉
Aww thanks so much 🥰
Thanks!!!
@glitchydemonfairy3171 you’re very welcome
🎉
How'd you smoothed it out?
Hey there! So I smoothed it out by applying the modifiers then going into sculpt mode and using the “smooth” brush tool.
@@3dbrit ooh neat
Thanks 🙌
🥲.
Good workflow. I think your new videos have a sort of narration or text? That would help bridge the gaps of logic (how do I do that?) between each of your steps, so that the user can track and understand each of them. Otherwise these shorts of yours are great. They really show the potential of blender and what you can make in a short time
I’m so glad the newer narration and talk-over shorts are getting across better for you! That’s what I was hoping for when I make them. Some steps take several minutes in real-time, so it’s challenging to compress those steps in less than a minute for shorts, but I’m happy to do it if it helps someone. Thanks for your comment @citycritteradventures7427
@@3dbrit it’s fun to watch for me because I have enough experience to put things together, and digest the material. It’s a nice form of media, the short tuts. Bite sized, leaves an impact, and I can pull it out of my hat when I go play on the pc with blender ☺️
great quickie. keep up the good short tuts
Thank you! I appreciate your kind words 🙌🔥☺️
That's what he said
the easiest way by far to make a shirt or any form fitting clothing is by going to sculpt mode, using the face set brush, drawing over the faces you want to use from your character base, go to face sets at the top of the viewport, hit extract faces, and then click on the face set you just drew. that automatically duplicates the geometry onto a new object with a solidify modifier already on it and you just have to drag the slider up, or you can also go to edit mode with all the geo selected for your clothes and use alt+S to move the faces away from the base character equally all at once you can then go to sculpt mode again and smooth things, push and pull to get the look you want.
In blender, I love how there are many ways and techniques to get the same result. You’ve described another way that sounds easy. I also use mask extract in sculpt mode to make clothes and hair! Thanks for commenting @RoboThePanda
I would've done this differently as well. I would've selected the vertices of the body in edit mode, Duplicate them, seperate by object, then use the "Extrude faces along normals" function which is Ctrl+Shift+E
I want to make whool on my sheep model and this is the closest thing to it
Yeah you could do this, then add particle system to make it more furry like a sheep’s wool. Good luck 🙌💯
