...UMG sent you a letter stating "do what i want with it"? Certainly, UMG sent you a letter stating exactly what you can and can not do with this video. And the reason they did this is that you broke copyright laws. But in this specific case they have decided to allow it to remain posted here. This is THEIR decision, not yours. They COULD have had it pulled. And to suggest that they stated "do whatever you want with it" is not so.

@darkstar286 you are flat out making this up. lying even, to me and yourself. what exactly is "professional photography" anyway? seems like an impossible thing to quantify. maybe they have a max pixel count/resolution disclaimer? maybe a "no tripod" policy? Your statement is ridiculous, borderline moronic. the ONLY question, if they have a no photography policy (and they almost always do) is whether the venue is going to enforce it or not.

@evilsnakes1 the sites and tickets that I have gotten always say "no professional photography or recording allowed" They don't care if you get shitty shakycam like this, even in HD, but when you're trying to bring in a tripod and external mics and shit like that, that's when they start bitching at you.

Terms of a concert ticket purchase pretty much always explicitly state "no cameras". If you are at a stadium arena where your filming will likely not bother anyone else and you are so far away that your footage is shit, is one thing, but a small venue like this? I have seen numerous people ejected from the show for this.
