I had a pretty similar situation - I was socially isolated throughout my childhood (probably because of personal insecurities), developed extraordinary self-sufficiency very early (at just 13 years old I was already doing part times for at least 4 hours a day and never relied on others for help), and then once I hit 18 years old I already moved out not just from my parents house, but from the entire city to another one to start a loner life there. And so I lived in a cheap rented studio apartment while doing mostly delivery part times (still didn't have a full time job), and lived like that for a year... But after that, I also noticed the problems you've described, and started to seek out to communities, which really helped me a lot to relieve myself mentally, and as a matter of fact my strengths that I had developed from self-sufficiency turned out to make me highly valued in those communities, which finally gave me a sense of purpose ✌✊

What you're saying is %100 TRUE! thank you for telling and explaining this subject. It's VERY SCARY and INTIMITATING, mostly SCARY. I still struggle and REGRET hearing songs that pleases my ears and I'm suffering from it. even though I'm suffering through it I still want to thank God to understand why I'm going through.
