You can add more than two characters in the new Plotagon Studio app for Android. Also Toontastic 3D shut down a few years ago.
@@PenguFluffs I know,I've thought it still never let's you add More than two characters in a scene and Toontastic 3D is still on the Google Play store (Even though there where no new updates)
