Good quality safety vest

If your still out there. What would you recommend for someone who works in the meat department in a deep freezer? I need access to a snick which is a hand held inventory computer.

I'll become a pilot and I need a safety vest for airport operations. I believe I need class II safety vest. Airplanes from the outside are very dangerous because of their size and the engines running. Many fatalities have unfortunately happened. Can you please confirm if I need a class I, II, or III safety vest and which color you recommend?

Hey Scott can you recommend a good vest company that makes thick class 2 vests. The company I worked with had a sample vests to try for the correct size and it was thick and heavy, when I received mine it was made with cheaper material and light.

We just need more government regulations.

What are the vests at walmart called, i used to be a cart pusher and when i was i was not interested in that kind of vest but now that i dont work there anymore i am now interested, of course that vest was not as fancy as those you have.

Vests can be good and bad. They are good for others like drivers or operators to see you and help prevent them from hitting you. They are bad because most the time, the vests are loose and often get in the way when operating machinery like saws, jackhammer, drills, etc and they pose a great safety hazard if they get caught in the machinery. They're also bad because they are most likely made of polyester fabric that can cause more bodily injury in a fire situation. They can also be bad while working in high temperatures because the fabric tends to hold in the heat. I commonly use it as a "window curtain" inside a hot work truck because it does an excellent job holding the heat between itself and the window. And when you add on the sleeves, the vests get even hotter, and it's more fabric getting in the way of working.

May I check, so as ANSI 107 standard stated only fluorescent orange and lime meet the standard right? Other colors background not. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Why do you need a vest during a date can people see during the day? I assume and be better at night

I work as a firewatch on a shipyard. Why are the polyester saftey vests allowed? Wouldn't cotton vests be better?
