My mono audio does not work

Company has locked down USB ports via Norton. We can Read and Write only to an encryted file. I need to be able save my data to USB as needed without detection from the Admin. block. Another words either block Norton script or over ride it temporary to save my back ups and work. I cant afford to lose my data. How much of this can IT see. Can they monitor keystrokes and read inside of emails as well, now?

Hi @, i have system error from cmd if i use command “net user 123456” the error return code is “system error 8646” I also tried to use file utilman.exe under cmd.exe but when i went to the reset admin password windows it was gray and not able to click for using reset. Any recognized issue with solution is appreciated, i dont want to using method create new admin profile coz i saved lot info on web browser. thank and have a great days ladys anf gents
