Michigan,was in my college yrs,a beautiful place,tho MOTOR CITY WAS IN DECLINE.The area u are in has vast open spaces,with a very creepy feel,omnious,yet somehow peaceful.On the upside,an idea spot for a quiet home,off the beaten track.However in the same mot,not unlike the eerie roads in WV Where many murders happen daily.I used to spend many hours,driving walking biking to.these places,as living outside of BPORT,WV,It was quite rural and many died,disappeared,without a trace.WONDERFUL UPLOAD😇🥰🥰🥰TY

I remember my zany 10th grade driver’s ed teacher showing one of these films on the projector. During a particularly macabre scene, two ambulance drivers lifted a passenger involved in a grisly crash. As they did, a chunk of flesh fell from the passenger’s upper torso. Without missing a beat, one of the ambulance driver’s picked up the flesh and threw it on gurney. Our teacher yelled,” Let’s see that again,” and reversed the projector and played the scene again.

Crazy to think that this was made before seatbelts were made compulsory in the states. I'd always assumed they'd been around for much longer.

Im watching this right before going to a wake for a 20 ye old killed in an auto accident. Slow down. Kids need these films, or even take them to a morgue before they get their license.

After watching this, I'm thinking about today's city public transit buses and the fact the passengers are completely surrounded by metal. Even the seats themselves are either metal or hard plastic with no soft padded cushioning anywhere whatsoever!!! Oh, and they have no seatbelts or other safety restraints either, except for wheelchair restraints for wheelchair passengers. In the event of a major accident involving one of these buses, I have a feeling there would be a lot of serious injuries as a result of the current design of the interior and lack of safety features. Why not bring back soft padded cushioned seats, as well as have cushioned seat backs tall enough to also serve as headrests (to prevent or reduce head, neck, back, leg, or knee injuries)? Adding seatbelts wouldn't be a bad idea either. I believe the designers and engineers of city public transit buses could learn a thing or two from the designers and engineers of school buses, which are much, MUCH safer! I mean, even without seatbelts, being surrounded by padded cushioning is much better and safer than being surrounded by hard metal any day of the week!!!

I saw these films in driver's ed. They told us "if we can't talk you into safe driving then we'll scare you into safe driving."

The minds of men make .. statement when designing is definitely 1960's!! Love vintage and your rabbit ear television is epic!!

I remember in the 80s at the yearly funfair in my city,one of the exhibits was done by the police. I will never forget they had 2 scenes set up in their display, 1 was a wrecked car with a hole in the windshield, apparently they were drink driving and the glass beer bottle got pushed down their throat, the other was of a darked apartment with an outline on the bed of where someone got stabbed by an intruder...wild days back then and a lot of fun.. The best one however was at the museum back then,theyd set up a 1600s amputation scene,it was so well done even down to the smell,it was so unique and impressive back then, i'll never forget it...
