lmao. Total scams these are. SSD's have a life span. They dont go on forever. Only so many terabytes can be written before they wont hold the setting anymore. So tehse SSD's are most defo at the end of their life. Some items you do not buy used. Ever. This is one of them

MIne is snappy. Don't allow a million things to run at start up. Type msconfig in either the cortana box or the elevated priv CMD window that you get by typing cmd. Cmd alone wont do it you need the admin version. So right click on it and elevate the privs to admin. I can only assume you have wind 10 pro as you will need that. Home versions which i have never run as i am a tech i have never owned. Or dig through the windows folder and find it. I have the elevated privs shortcut on my taskbar as i need it alot so just make a short cut for it there. Once there start unchecking things that "allowed" themselves to run at start up. If you dont have much memory that wont help though. For XP it was a min of 2 GB of mem. For 7 and 10 id say at least 6 or 8. I have 6 on that laptop. I did not add to it. That is what it came with. Also a defrag once a month helps. As does clearing out the temps. But do that before you defrag otherwise you are moving files you are going to move and when you delete them your drive will once again be full of wholes and need a defrag again. Since you are digging into the actual laptop ill assuem you know all this. I dont have th emanual. I bought this second hand and need to slap in a ssd so just need to know which screws need to be taken out. I am using scronis to transfer what little i have on the disk. I am a drummer so this laptop just sits in front of my electronic kit so i can read teh sheet music when i play. HDD's tend to have latency issues and i am tired of that now as it is interferign with my drumming . I dont want to wait for seek times and caches to fill so i can resume my druming. So SSD it is.
