Max Cosby is a Wildcat Observer and Flight Commander, serving on 815NAS. He has spent the last 4 years operating the Lynx HMA 8 and Wildcat HMA2 helicopters from ashore and afloat all over the world.

The Royal Navy (RN) has taken him on numerous adventures across the globe and he has been privileged enough to have visited some fascinating and beautiful places, whilst conducting a whole variety of flying and naval tasking during his twenties .🚁
Max joined the RN after reading history and playing hockey at Newcastle University. During his early career he spent 18 months working in the Ministry of Defence Press Office and on the Royal Navy Public Relations team. 🌊
