i went to lucerne in late february and it was jam packed with people, there had to be thousands of them. It was when the "Luzerner Fasnacht" was on and now seeing it all emtpy, i cant believe it. Meanwhile in the town i live in 50 km away from Lucerne everybody is out and nobody is worried about the virus.
I was also at the "Luzern Fasnacht" I actually have a side by side shot of what the streets looked like then and now on my Instagram under COVID-19 highlights. @linus_phillips
