With pipes like that, William Conrad was a busy voice talent at the time. Like "Route 66", this series did most of its filming on location. The final episode of the series had the highest rating of any TV show before it. Wrapping up the story in the final episode also killed its value as a syndicated series.

Fun video to watch. Room looked so clean. It's kinda further away from strip for a old dude such as my self.....but 30 years ago when I was much younger the walking would have been fun and ok.

Hey Rick, I just got into Vegas today. I'm staying at the Luxor. I stepped outside to take a walk and had to turn back and get back in the hotel. I'm gonna walk to that Most Holy Redeemer Saturday but I thought it was pretty cool seeing the Tropical from a distance after seeing it in your videos all the time. I don't know how you do it. Glad to see your videos are getting watched more.

That looked pretty good. The chicken fried steak looked better that what you and I sampled at the MGM Grand buffet, How was the flavor?

That Denny's is good. The one on the strip by the Coke bottle is not good!

i followed your video of the tropicana i never thought i see the crane moving the machines floor to floor.

I remember when ABC showed reruns of this show in the afternoons during the summer, good stuff.

Such a prime spot on the strip and they have to encroach on every square inch leaving the people who come to LasVegas a congested walkway with nothing to see.

Price is certainly better than the strip. The salad would be 20.

Thanks for the exploration. Hopefully they relocate those Palm Trees instead of throwing them away like Tropicana. Miracle Mile and in front of The Flamingo, The Linq and Harrah's would be a more action packed exploration in the future. You could film the flamingos as well.

Enjoyed this video too. Guess the strip will always have some type of construction going on.
