Daryl passed on Feb. 24 2017 - the coroner report of the Los Angeles County, Department of Medical Examiner, had ruled the death as a suicide by hanging, as he was discovered in his dressing room at the Magic Castle - just before he was to perform. RIP Daryl Martinez 🌹

What a wonderful and thorough journey through the basics of using a stripper deck. Informative and entertaining with great examples. Thank you for presenting it. As a side note, and I am NOT being critical, I thought I should mention that oil always floats on the top of water. When you mentioned water floating to the top and oil sinking to the bottom, it made me uncomfortable and think "Wait a minute, that's not right". If it had that effect on me I'm sure it has that effect on others as well and I don't think you want any of your audience distracted. Anyway, thanks again for a great presentation.

I met Daryl at a hotel with a small room of people in my home state. I was star struck. I had been watching him for a few years before that but loved him from the start. I knew he passed away but never knew how. I literally just looked it up and was shocked to find out the cause. I will not say how but it surprised the hell out of me because he seemed like such a vibrant person. He will be missed. ❤

Darryl was amazing. Such a genuine gentleman and great teacher and performer. Thank you for sharing!
