The company is ISO 22000 certified ,but the workers in the entire process are not using gloves and touching the product which have the risk of cross contamination, ceramic in production, air conditioning so close to open product, elevators are not clean and rusting. I think you people have to work on the hygiene and revise your HACCP plan.
To avoid cross contamination of ceramic, glass, SS metal particles they have to install X ray rejection belt for single unit pass... This will enable contamination free FG to cunsumer or institutional customer. I think gloves are not necessarily used there because before entering plant they are having SOP to clean and sanitize their hand. Good to know they are timely revising HACCP plans...
Why not the workers use hand gloves ? i saw much hand contact with z food which can be contaminated easily . Good job any way !
