Sorry for late reply, could not get notification for this To put it simply, there's some "knowledge" which is best gained by practice, each gun in WT has specific ballistic trajectories, there's no "universal" rule so here's the best way to go around it; Test drive the vehicle or create custom lobby with many practice targets; try to see how the tracers will go from various distances/angles and when they hit (That's roughly the purpose of tracers in WT - show you where your shots are going) Additionally, it may be good to stay somewhat close and open on around 500-600 meters to avoid "guessing" at larger range LMK if you have any questions

EDIT: I am not sure what the algorithm has to do with War Thunder or the AV-8A. You do not know how to fly it properly or to it's fullest potential. Both are with downsides, I'd say it's down to your preferences T-34 is just T-34 (1942) with more armor than base 45 mm T-34s got Imagine KV-1C as equal to KV-85 I have both, can't make a choice because they're just decent premiums per say, it's down to if you want to snipe or push

I think so.. the t34 is armored a bit better in my opinion but the gun is rough to use, not alot of pen and terrible depression.. The kv is much better choice in my opinion

If you want a premium light tank at high tier for Germany, I would also recommend the TAM 2IP, has access to DM33 which is very good for spanking enemies even in an uptier, you're immune to pesky .50 cal MG even on the sides due to the add-on armor which doesn't affect your speed (but it also doesn't really help you from calibers higher than .50), a laser rangefinder for sniping and very good mobility to get you into positions... So long as you play to it's strong points (sniping and flanking), you can do well with the tank
