LIVE LESSON: Wedge Completion Distances
This has been my problem for years. I just figured this out last week. This video has reinforced what I just found out, but it gave me a visual of what I need to do and feel to correct it. Thanks guys!
that BOOTY !!!!
I am skeptical. I have seen many golfers three-putt even using this method. Aimpoint means little to nothing if distance control is terrible.
How do I get to lead side though. When I get to back swing I can’t get off back side. How do I transfer to get to lead side. Am I pushing off back leg? Am I squating and moving left as a right handed player? I don’t get it at all.
Love this drill
Easy tc
It’s so hard to pause in the depth position. I’m going to Try this tomorrow
Thanks
AWESOME 👌 I understand 👍
Great video. Do you mean start with all your weight on the left side and keep it there throughout the swing?
Worst advice ever!
Yeah...yep...uh huh...yep...SHANK! 😂
She pushed it slightly surely to compensate
without seeing this before, I was doing this method at the weekend, hit roughly 100 balls out of the sand, and compared to the weekend before I went from 5% rate out of the sand to 95% out of the sand, still unfortunately skimmed a few out of the Bunker but then I realised I was leaning backwards when I hit the ball ..
To quote Ben Hogan, a pretty good striker of the ball, ""I rolled the face of the club open away from the ball. That cupped my left wrist. Coming down, the face was moving so fast I couldn't turn it over and hook. I was rotating the club like a baseball bat, and the faster I could rotate it, the more distance I got. Training myself, I would roll the face open as fast and as far as I could."
Great drill. Thank you
Just tried this grip and felt my wrists articulate mush smoother during the swing.
Are you supposed to step on your line when you read these putts?
No. Idk why she was doing that but it’s not good to do. NEVER do it when the ground is wet
She didn’t step on her line. She stepped on the low side.
she didnt
years later, still a great video!
That’s a seriously good drill
Do you have the name of the training aid please? I work very hard on this. It change my ball striking dramatically
Good simple drill
Outstanding 🥇
Do you have to have a big arse to putt like that?
Wow 😂
Wish there was more of the video showing you go all the way to the top of the backswing
+1
I would think head behind the ball would generally positively increase AOA
That’s plenty of sand
Aha. Another's video had led me to believe that I wanted that excessive hinge-ing in the back-swing. Maybe he only meant for it to happen on the follow through. Might that combo be possible? Would *love* to quit having such deep digs into our fluffy sand. 😞
Am I the only one who clicked on the video because I actually wanted to see her putt, and not just horny
Thick
Nobody came for the aimpoint, she’s just a body
So how many times should you step on the line of travel when your determining the slope?🤷🏻♂️
and how does it work for a 70ft putt down a tripple level green?
@@krusher74find the highest slope 1/2 between and putt outside of that
Very cool video ✅
what about the hip turn
That thumbnail was the perfect aimpoint
Solution?
does it feel very subtle?
I need that swing ! Please !
Absolutely cleaned that one
Bro if I hit my 7 iron like that I would just say. “Yeah I’m a tour pro”
'Promo SM' ⭐
Is the new T series already available in SGP?
Not yet though very soon 👍🏽
Sarcasm? It look exactly the same
🤓
At the top of the backswing, should the spine tilt slightly AWAY from the target?
Neutral spine works fine
Hitting wedges with 7 iron ball placement? I'm curious why the ball placement is so far forward?
2-balls inside the lead heel would be a stock ball position for all my iron shots, I don’t change it for shorter clubs
Do you have videos on what to do after the takeaway
Remember to keep your eyes on the ball
Makes no sense.
Nice cut, must have missed the first one
Not cut actually, the video was cut so so it worked with RUclips short time frame.
Now let’s see the student do it!!
