This is an unusual year...I'm calling it my World Thrift Tour 2024! Agree about Lenox (unless it's the rare spice rack village!). When Lenox started selling at outlet malls, it lost a lot of cred. Thanks for watching!
My mother had that Victorian house spice rack in our kitchen growing up. She painted the wood rack white to match our kitchen decor but had every single spice house where she had overflow and couldn’t fit them all on the shelves. She moved and had no room for it and I sold it on eBay for her for $50 six to eight years ago. Ugggggg. Rookie move.

I used to browse the second-hand shops in Gothenburg. My best find ever was a genuine Versace silk scarf for $5. 😅 When I saw it, I thought, "Nah, must be a fake." But then I looked at the workmanship, etc, and thought, "Well, for $5....what the heck?" Bought it and checked it out. It retailed for over $300 US. 😊

How about using a Magic Eraser with a little Dawn dish soap? That is so aggravating!
I ended up getting the tape residue off the cup and was able to sell it. It was so annoying and time consuming to clean. I’ve seen other shops wrap items together in plastic wrap which is definitely smarter and no residue! Thanks for watching!

I have been in thrift stores around the world. The problem is you just cannot fit most things you want in your suitcase! I had to pause and read the words on the cushion in the posh store - so funny.

Raggedy Ann is a bad subject . There is TOO much of it around and not enough collectors to soak it up. I live in the area . I rarely find anything good at that store. TOO much LARGE furniture , not enough "bric-a-brac".
