FPS counter is hard to see. you can check "high contrast color", where you enabled the counter. You can also use cl_showfps 2 to see ingame fps counter

I had the same processor...but different amounts of ram....since I have 8gb....but It run a bit slower than what u shown....and u possible get better fps if i weren't recording....sooo my question...does adding more ram increase ur fps???
