Walmart sued Capital One to get out of their contract and won due to CO’s crappy practices. Just got a letter from CO saying the Walmart card will be terminated, and they are reissuing me a Quicksilver card as a replacement… new sock drawer card.

I dont think these card reports to all 3 major credits. Be aware. Some secured only report to one major credit. You need to get the one's if you are getting secured credit cards to report to all 3 major credits.

Any idea what the FICO required for this card??

I got this card based on the online commercials…lol Also, I thought they had a welcome bonus, which a lot of RUclipsra and credit card articles say they do. It wasn't until AFTER I applied and was accepted that I found out it wasn't true. I’m considering the Savor One and Venture card duo with Capital One, but I don't want to go back to Capital One.

Just got this card. I travel for the location not the hotel. So up to a week stay for free for spending $1000 that I would've anyway is a steal.

Hi! So if I cancel my gold card, and have this card, I keep my membership points and still have full access to the transfer partners and portal? If that’s the case, should I downgrade my gold card to the everyday card or get the everyday card first and then get the gold? Thanks for any info and advice.

Absolute garbage card. 2% on everything is the bare minimum unless there are 3~5% categories. A flat 1.5% card which is available to people with even the lowest of credit scores would be better and without all the fees. a $1 minimum foreign transaction fee is exceptionally bad. All the quality of life features mentioned are available with every major bank. (due date change, notifications, etc.) The best part of getting a secured card or one from a major bank is that there is a solid upgrade path. Since all of Credit One's cards are useless, you're better off getting anything from a bank that has cards you'll eventually want.

Most credit cards are not physically appealing , but this credit card is very nice looking !!! I think I’m gonna apply for it.

It has a great reward structure but being limited to expedia might eat all your rewards in opportunity costs. If you like simplicity though, and never plan to book outside of Expedia, then it can be your one card.

I use the VentureOne and the SavorOne. Great Duo credit cards with no annual fees.

They have rotating categories on their TD Bank Signature Cash Card.

On Credit Karma you can get double the rewards 40,000 miles. But I don’t think you get the 15 month 0% APR with this offer.

With the cost of Disney fast outpacing inflation your rewards dollars are depreciating very quickly. If you want to use this card for general Travel, it is a very very poor option. If you want to use it for Disney perks it might make sense if you go to Disney often.
