How long do you soak them? & Do you use hot or cold water?
The soaking time for different brands of the glass noodles to turn soft may vary. For my case i soak it with room temperature water one hour before cooking. Enjoy! 😊

Why sago method like this
If straight away add sago into the soup, the soup will become cloudy due to the starch. With the method shown in the video, it helps eliminate some of the starch and the sago will look nicer and soup will be clear

You can, just that the rice may be loosen up and not so easy to hold up together
@@WeiLunEasyRecipes I can make the rice more sticker by putting sasame oil, salt, sugar and sasame seeds and mix it all together (which is all seasoned. Then I start to pour it into the fried pan and mix it with kimchi. Will that work?
