For the anticipated 9GW electrolyzer plant by 2025, I wish a "resilient Operation" focusing on "standardization and automation". These might support to bring your TCO and production costs down, enabling "cost-efficient AWE technology", ultimately speeding-scaling "leading Competition". Further more, for the agenda 2030, hope that EU can learn even more how US is stimulating the market, having IRA as a wake-up call from US to EU. This will mitigate the risks in having projects and manufacturing facilities moving from EU to US. The Government support is essential to keep EU attractive and industry here too, especially taking into account the timeline around 6-8 years from idea-FID to production. In a holistic approach, the major question might be how to secure supply chain and orchestrate funding for the small/mid-size suppliers which needs upfront capacity expansion, since everybody has to ramp-up and scale up in the same time.
