Stanley do have lead BUT….The lead in the Stanley is not accessible when drinking & for leaking, you can but leak proof things for Stanley like toppers & even something that stops the leaking from the sides! Stanley’s are also really good in keeping drinks cold and also preserveing ice so STANLEYS ARE WORTH IT! I have a Stanley & it’s GREAT
