I quite like the old Titanic one. I picked up a plum porter from Holy Goat which sounds interesting. This sounds decent mate. Cheers.

I still don't get why titanic is the go-to for plum porter; it's overly sweet & acidic. The St Peters is so much better 😅

Greenjack ales from a bottle are the best bottled ales I've had. I don't know how they do it!

It's confusing that Brew by Numbers give different numbers to their cans but then also have different versions of the same number. There's also a Number 5 that's a citra IPA.

It’s becoming normal to buy £3 plus cans now which is quite worrying but it looks great

This seems really mediocre to me as well, even bordering on bad.

After some of the rubbish Aldi Hop Foundry have brought out recently i wasn't sure if to buy it but i thought the same, it was decent, i'd definitely buy it again.

Sometimes its nice to find a decent session beer and this sounds like a good one considering the brewery. Cheers Andy!

The color is gold, slightly darker, slightly cloudy. Minimal foam. Fruity, hop aromas. The taste is slightly fruity, dry, hop finish sour. Light IPA with an American cut.

I'm definitely ordering from these guys. This sounds so drinkable for a hefty ABV porter. Cheers!

A belated happy new year to all. This sounds interesting but this whole sweet stout movement seems to have overtaken traditional stouts, especially in the supermarkets & I miss having a good old school stout.

I really want to try their smoothie beer I've seen doing the rounds on here. This one sounds good but seems like a lot of sweet stouts. Cheers!

Medium sweet, candy vanilla, cinnamon and all spice in aroma. Taste simmilar with some apple background.

Would this be similar to a golden ale by Aldi, Lidl. Wainwright seems more professional than these

Dunno what this stuff does to my insides (compared to other beer) but my guts are always pure evil the following day.

Musty and watery on the palate. The beer remains bland, not very bitter, dry and grainy. There is not much bitter aftertaste.

I've not tried this one but Utopian know what they are doing with lagers. I've had 3 or 4 of their seasonals from the range and all have been great and up there with better German breweries. Not many UK breweries can do lagers well, they are one of them in my opinion. I'm sure any you order from them will be great.

Glad someones got round to reviewing this. Like it a lot, and if you buy 4 it works out at £7.50, as part of 4 for 3. Although, you can buy a 500ml Czech Staropramen for £1.79 in Lidl...

Got 4 of these for £7 from sainsburys over Xmas absolute bargain in their core range they have an unfiltered British lager at 4.7% which I really enjoyed.

Noticed last night this is on cask in a local micro pub. I've tried the ordinary version from a bottle, bit sweet for me..might pop in later and try this on cask

Transparent rusty red brown in the glass with creamy white foam. Nose raisin, malt, fruit cake, barley sugar. Taste raisin, fruit cake, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, caramel, barley sugar. Light bitterness.

You're right Andy. Just had one and it's a shadow of it's former self. Watery and weaker-flavoured
