Wonderful interpretation. Loved it.

To me, visualising what I want to play in my "mind's ear" is vital. For example, if I listen for a clean shift or string crossing, my body will find a way. But if I do the movement mindlessly without a clear picture of the outcome I will usually mess up. Dounis was a pioneer of this more mentally engaged, less mechanical way of playing.
