With a professional drone, equipped with a thermal and a Full HD camera, the flare tips are inspected for possible leaks. The inspection was carried out in collaboration with RoNik. No special permit was required here.

This drone is an excellent solution for internal inspections in dangerous and inaccessible areas such as (storage) tanks, vessels and pipes. It's 100% safe and fysical entrance is not necessary anymore.

In this video we show you the possibilities of the FAST RVI platform. Using magnetic wheels, the platform can run in drums and tanks for periodic inspection. The robot is safely controlled from the inspection vehicle. Due to this innovative development, vessels and tanks do not have to be physically entered.

Het is 100% veilig omdat niemand naar boven hoeft. De volledige inspectie wordt gewoon vanuit de bus op de grond uitgevoerd.

Een mooi voorbeeld van troubleshooting in de (petro)chemische industrie. Een kunststof spie werd gevonden in een ontoegankelijk vat. Met behulp van een endoscoop is het voorwerp met succes uit het vat 'gevist'.

Tecson Inspections voert regelmatig schoorsteeninspecties uit in de (petro)chemische industrie. Op dit filmpje is te zien hoe een camera-inspectie van een 40 meter hoge schoorsteen, onbemand en veilig wordt uitgevoerd. Door een camera te monteren op een hoogwerker kan de buitenzijde van een schoorsteen in beeld worden gebracht.
