Connecting a CTT SensorStation to a WiFi internet network (ssh and raspi-config method)
Motus Biologist, Nick Haddad, of Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, demonstrates how to connect your CTT SensorStation to a WiFi network.
To do this you will need an ethernet to USB adaptor and an ethernet cable. You will also need to have some sort of Terminal console program installed on your computer, such as puTTY (which we use here), downloadable at www.putty.org.
You will "ssh" into the raspberry pi computer on the SensorStation and configure the network settings with the specific settings for the WiFi network you want to connect to.
