Enjoying your walkthrough! Great work!
Ah, the parallel dimesion, between the Army Men world and OUR world! Like the bathtub!
This level was always interesting.
I always wondered how destroying the Blue tank didn't result in Mission failed!
Great gameplay!
19:16 great attention to detail that the TIE Bomber is bulkier than the standard TIE.
I almost though that the Class Rank was *Animal* 😂😂
A near flawless playthrough. Its a nice vid.
Rogue Squadron 2 Gold/Ace Medals are much harder
Indeed they are, which is why I don't have any intentions to do them for a long while, if at all.
@@MARIOGUY789 i still have my gamecube savefile with all my Ace Medals. I'll try to do it and upload it to youtube, i still remember how to get them, just need 1 or 2 weeks
I fell victim to the bug with slave 1. Disgusted, I obtained all the challenge points while playing on the steam deck :( I think it's a random bug, first time i see a another guy with the same problem. Never happend on my N64.
@@xHosTyL69 Interesting. I couldn’t find any information on the bug either when I was searching some years ago, glad (and also sorry) you experienced it as well.
Well done Admiral! I’ve played this game and beaten it like three or four times myself. My highest rank was probably Colonel.
no wonder I was having a hard time at the beginning of the skyhook battle its all bc of my framerate lol
how do you shoot this quickly? it is different for me, no matter how fast I trigger the button
Go into the config text file for Supermodel 3 and scroll until you see the section about Star Wars Trilogy, there should be a list of all the key bindings, one of them should be something along the lines of ANALOG EVENT JOY TRIGGER. Add another line that says ANALOG EVENT JOY TRIGGER 2 (or whatever the actual terminology is) and bind it to whatever input you want, I bound mine to the spacebar.
@@MARIOGUY789 thank you!!! i will try
@@MARIOGUY789 thank you, it worked! so do you manually trigger both the space bar and left mouse button as fast as you can? Or is there some kind of auto rapid fire so you can just hold both keys down, space and left mouse? I have tried setting up auto fire but couldn't make it work.
@@reinhartsieger6588 Glad I could help. Yes, I just spam both inputs at the same time, I didn’t bother with auto-fire because manual input always gets better results for me.
@@MARIOGUY789 ok thank you very much :)))
32:49 i always wondered if these were supposed to be imperial aces considering they dont fly in formation and seem to actually hurt you.
I’d imagine so given that Moff Seerdon was there to conduct the invasion personally, but that’s just a guess. They’re relentless and very hard to maneuver around is all I know, and yes they hit like a truck.
@MARIOGUY789 I think they started showing up in earlier missions too, but instructions never mentioned em. Maybe meant to be a little surprise for the player who got too comfy lol.
@@Drownedinblood Yeah, they are in earlier missions although I’m blanking on which ones right now. They just so happen to be a lot more annoying in this one, especially since all enemies have to be destroyed in order to make Seerdon appear.
"escape from the fest," was the most challenging mission and ironically enough became my favorite for that very reason.
I can’t get into the test menu. Every time I try my screen goes blank & I have to close the game. Please help.
Thanks for making a video of the special assignments. I've only played the first one and have never seen the other two until now.
There’s actually four, the one I left out was The Duel, which is pretty much what it sounds like, you face three different opponents in a ten-pace, turn and shoot duel. I didn’t include it because I figured it would take too much time to unlock, you have to get a certain amount of medals in the firing range to get it and I knew I’d have been there all day trying to get golds on all of them.
Actually, forget what I said, I’m incredibly forgetful. What actually happened was I did all the firing range challenges off screen and then just put The Duel in afterwards.
Did you use a gecko code to get 60fps?
Notice 7/4/2024: It took me more than a week to realize that the very beginning of this video had a duplicate of the stage intro from when I was editing it beforehand. I have cut the repeated intro to make the video how I originally intended it to be. Call me George Lucas.
My kiddy brain just refuse to handle inversed light saber fight back then. Still couldn't now.😵💫
I think as a child i played this in this difficulty, how i remember the overheating of the gun is just like in this video and i still was very good at it (for a 5 year old, as i was 5 when i played, it was in 2012 and yes i'm young af)
never knew of the other levels like the death star trench run etc at the end
36:46 4 minutes and 59 seconds, almost 5 minutes
In the early 2000's, Walt Disney World placed tons of these games throughout MGM Studios for Star Wars Weekends. It was HEAVEN. I played at least 15 of them looking for the best joystick. Great, great times.
Kinda funny seeing the Ewoks landing on top of the Stormtroopers…instantly killing them! 😂
Okay, this was hilarious, and yet, insane at the same time.
My favorite arcade game next to Top Skater and Jurassic Park: The Lost World.
What a music.
Same question
I loved this game at Dave&Busters so nostalgic ❤
Dude I just can't with those Ewoks knocking down the Stormtroopers. XD Elite soldiers of the Empire my ass, Palpatine should have stick with the Clones.
Can the game be run in 1080p or 2k? 4k is not necessary to me. High FPS greater than 60 are!
Saw it Been there when I was at School so then moving on
What I find endlessly fascinating now is that this once was the maximum amount of detail 3D graphics could handle, and people thought this is good enough to make games with it.
For some reason nobody has listed the medal screen jingle anywhere.
I once wedged the Outrider into a corner on the Star Destoryer's hull and used a piece of tape to hold the Z-button. After an hour of 5-torpedo bursts I confirmed that there is no way to destroy that ISD.
Happy Star Wars Day!
I miss this game. People in the arcade would always come watch when somebody played this. I learned how to do the Boba Fett fight without looking to show off lol
There's just some much going on in this i dont know where to start
What is that green trooper that shoots you in the trap from around 8:00 ?
Could either be an armored Imperial Officer or an Imperial Army trooper.
Both of those are obvious guesses a fan could have with it but I was hoping for something very specific since they are so unusually livid green! Don't mean to be disrespectful just thought you delved deep enough to know. My primary hope was specific wookieepedia pages showing me who these are are hopefully something different than the two guesses we both had mentioned above. Because enemy variety is cool! But I could settle for some fan wiki page if it has a pictured description.
@@rudolphantler6309 My apologies, I'll do you one even better and geek out all over the place for you now: The manual for the game calls these enemies "Imperial Commandos," which is interesting because that would be later ret-conned when the Prequels came along. The manual also calls the red guards in Xizor's Palace "Coruscant Guards." I'm assuming they were trying to model the armor underneath the cloaks that we see in Return of the Jedi, which is also interesting because I would assume Palpatine's guards wouldn't be protecting Xizor even regardless of his obliviousness to his plot. It's also the Executor that shows up and destroys Xizor's Skyhook and not just some random Star Destroyer, but I guess trying to fit the entirety of the Executor into that small area wouldn't have worked. Here's a link to the manual: www.video-games-museum.com/en/manual/Nintendo%2064/6372_us-Star-Wars-Shadows-of-the-Empire.pdf
Here's a link to the official Imperial Commandos page from Wookieepedia: starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Imperial_commando/Legends
Here is a link to the Coruscant Guards page on Wookieepedia, the details for the Imperial Era armor are just under the Phase I armor: starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Coruscant_Guard/Legends It doesn't explain why they were in the sewers and the palace. I can only guess maybe Vader had a detatchment go and try to arrest Xizor.
This title doesn't even make sense. Blockade on Chandrila is literally one of the easiest missions in the game, FFS...
6:12 “Here’s something: Advanced Lasers DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!”
I beat this bad boy. Top best gaming experience ever. A small crowd formed to watch me play. I was so deep into this game it's not even funny. This game goes with playing Resident Evil 4 for the first time.
This, House of the Dead 2, and Silent scope were my jam! So many quarters, such a good time!
Tremendo 😱
Ese lucas no se puso chingón, un remake de esto wow. A remake of.this one wow , no Smart lucas
“What I remember about the rise of the Empire is... is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st Legion was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. It was a silent trip. We all knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do.”
just like i remember it
6:32 That part was funny.
