Are legend rares hard to get because I had 10 rare tickets and got one legend rare and 2 ubers

Two days qgo I got an uber, a legend rare and after that another uber back to back to back thats a 0,045% chance btw And yesterday I got back to back uber then a super rare and the another uber

I got that same legend rare unit using a 1500 cat food deal and I think I got it in the 7th draw. I'm not gonna lie I got lucky with that. I think it's like a 1 in a 700 chance of getting it.
