I was in therapy for almost 2 years 3 times a week. It changed my life, gave me coping skills, helped me to understand my emotions and be a more confident woman. I was 52 and lived with severe anxiety my entire life.

It’s confusing because most people are cool but when it comes to the public most people are jerks. Don’t let their bad day become yours. Stay positive.

I never worked for them specifically, but I’ve had a few jobs in my life and it’s always been a struggle to get decent usable benefits. You mentioned disability, I’m not going to ask what for. It’s not my business, but I will say that if you have a legit claim to disability definitely go for it. I was disabled in the Army in 2019 & it was the best thing I ever did. I can go to doctors and I have several medications that I could never afford without it.

If the antidepressants make you feel worse stop them. They can cause more anxiety and suicidal thoughts with young people. I know. I was going through issues when I was young and those meds almost ruined my life. I hope your not taking benzos. Like Valium Klonopin and Ativan. Made things much worse for me. I was a addict 20 yrs. Try therapy. I have been med free over 20yrs. Doing 100 percent better. Kids your age should be enjoying life. Breaks my heart. You can get therapy free. Look for a place that offers it free or on a sliding scale.

I would have just put my cupcakes in the oven without the oven cooling down. I would have just lowered the heat to 350 and baked them.I never wait for cool down.

Anxiety sucks . You are not alone though, alot of us have it to.

No doubt about it, 2024 will be a good year! I believe it will be better simply because so many people are approaching it mindfully. Happy New Year, stay well and blessed be!
