I have been a high school English and 6th - 8th-grade Bilingual/ESL JH teacher for the past 23 years. This year I am transitioning into k-4th as the new Bilingual/ESL teacher. I love your video this was extremely helpful especially the transition songs I feel like that’s where we’re struggling is trying to transition everyone from one center to another

Can you let me know the dimensions for your center cart (pvc pipe one)? I really want to get my centers in one location and this would work perfectly.

Hi Lorena! I really like your videos! I teach first grade in Los Angeles. One thing that my students really like is a "Secret Super Star". So each morning while doing calendar, I chose a name from a little container with each students' name. I keep the name a secret and make a big deal like I'll say "Oh, I hope this person has a good day today".. It keeps everyone in suspense and it works. I will reveal the name before they go home. It is only one price per day and everyone gets a turn (I have a container with all the students' names who've had a turn.) Hope this helps :)

I would love to know more about your daily schedule. I teach k and find it hard to get everything done from our curriculum while adding fun stuff.
